PRAXIS / v0.1 / FLORIDA BAR — CIVIL TRIAL STANDARD

The Florida litigator's
operating system.

An always-on AI associate built to plaintiff-side personal-injury standards. Cite-or-cannot-confirm. Filing-grade. Provenance on every retrieval. Two personas — one brain.

01 — CAPABILITIES

Filing-grade. Florida-Bar Civil-Trial standard.

Every output goes through a hard guard before it leaves the brain. Citations are Eyecite-verified. Sources are surfaced with file, page, and paragraph. Anything the brain cannot ground returns "cannot confirm — needs verification."

A. DRAFTING

Filings & demands

Complaints, MSJ oppositions, MILs, Daubert, sanctions motions, § 1.442 proposals for settlement, pre-suit demand letters in the Friedman time-limit pattern, mediation briefs. Florida Bar Journal citation style enforced.

B. DISCOVERY

Discovery engine

Interrogatories, RPDs, RFAs, ESI requests, subpoenas, meet-and-confer letters, motions to compel. Expert in the Florida Civ. Pro. 2024-2026 mandatory-disclosure regime and the death of boilerplate objections.

C. CITATION GUARD

Eyecite verification

Every cite in a filing-grade draft is verified before release. Bad law, wrong signals, missing pinpoints, parallel-cite errors are flagged. The Filing-Grade Hard Guard routes every release through Opus 4.7 review.

D. INFINITE BRAIN

Three-layer recall

A production-grade hybrid vector layer (LanceDB + BGE-M3 + BM25), a knowledge-graph layer (LightRAG), and an episodic layer (Mem0). Engineered ground-up for FL personal-injury practice. Far above a typical RAG.

E. VOICE

Always reachable

Telegram-native voice and text via OpenClaw. The brain stays on the VPS; you talk to it from the courthouse hallway, the car, or the deposition prep room. No app to install.

F. HUD

Holographic interface

A local R3F 3D brain that surfaces context as floating panels: daily brief, calendar, evidence, timeline, graph slice. Live updates as the brain works. Renders on your Mac — heavy lifting on the VPS.

02 — ARCHITECTURE

One brain. Three surfaces.

PRAXIS runs on a Hostinger VPS as an always-on Claude Agent SDK process. Two personas share the same brain and trigger each other through a shared task queue.

CHAMBERS

Legal-side orchestrator

Female British. Drafts complaints, motions, demands, and discovery. Runs deposition strategy and evidence-admissibility analysis. Chairs a council of 24 specialists — Reptile, Friedman, Romano, DCS, Carmelengo, Mitnik, Keenan, Fried.

JARVIS

Personal-side orchestrator

Male British. Owns calendar, email, paralegal coordination, daily briefings, and follow-ups. Schedules external comms. Triggers Chambers when matter-side work surfaces. Lockstep — not siloed.

PRAX HUD

Holographic visualizer

The local 3D brain you're looking at. Built on React Three Fiber. Glassmorphic floating panels appear by context — the brain decides what's relevant and surfaces it. Streams from the VPS over WebSocket.

03 — THE INFINITE BRAIN

Three layers. Production-grade. Far above typical RAG.

PRAXIS is powered by a sophisticated, production-grade three-layer Infinite Brain architecture that stands far above typical RAG systems. A carefully engineered stack designed from the ground up for Florida personal-injury litigation — delivering exceptional recall, accuracy, and reliability even as the corpus grows rapidly.

I

LanceDB

Hybrid vector

High-performance vector store combining dense BGE-M3 embeddings with sparse BM25 full-text search. Hybrid fusion at the index layer. Advanced reranking on top. Retrieval that holds its accuracy as the corpus grows.

II

LightRAG

Knowledge graph

A dedicated graph capturing rich entities and relationships across cases, experts, judges, carriers, statutes, and more. Enables semantic neighborhood expansion that pure vector search cannot achieve.

III

Mem0

Episodic memory

Personal context, decisions, and case-specific insights. What you decided last week. What opposing counsel argued in mediation. What worked the last time a similar fact pattern came up.

Not a smart assistant. A true evolving legal intelligence system that continuously learns and strengthens over time.

04 — DISCIPLINE

Eight binding rules. Non-negotiable.

These are the standing constraints every persona, every council member, every agent in PRAXIS runs under. They are checked at runtime, not on the honor system.

  1. 01. Cite or cannot confirm.

Never fabricate authority. Every claim is grounded in corpus, source-restricted live retrieval, or an Eyecite-verified citation.

  2. 02. Provenance on every retrieval and every draft footer.

    source_path + page/paragraph + retrieved_at + sha256. Filing-grade drafts carry a "Sources Used" footer.

  3. 03. Eyecite verification before filing-grade release.

Filing-Grade Hard Guard routes every draft through Opus 4.7 review and a citation-verifier sub-agent.

  4. 04. Daily RAGAS regression.

Held-out test set re-run nightly. Recall@10, faithfulness, precision must hold. Breach triggers auto-rollback.

  5. 05. Approval gate on self-modification.

No agent writes to .claude/, models/, agent files, or trigger configs without a diff for explicit approval.

  6. 06. PHI segregation.

Client medical info lives in Active-Cases and indexes only into vector_store/phi/. Never co-mingled with public namespaces.

  7. 07. Approval tiers on external actions.

AUTO for internal. APPROVE (one-click) for external email, scheduling, >$1 API spend. HARD GATE for harness changes.

  8. 08. Logging.

Every meaningful action appends to Changelog.md. Every Anthropic API call logs reason, model, tokens, latency, dollar cost.

REQUEST ACCESS

Solo-first. SaaS-ready.

PRAXIS is in private use by a single Florida personal-injury practice. A multi-tenant build is on the roadmap. If you run a plaintiff-side PI / wrongful-death firm and want to be on the early-access list, write below.
